2. Security

All payments are securely processed via an encrypted SSL connection by our payment providers. Your full payment details are never stored on our own servers.

3. Payment processing

Orders are only processed after payment has been successfully completed in full.

4. Refunds

If you are entitled to a refund, for example following an approved return, the amount will be refunded via the original payment method within 14 days after the returned item has been received and approved.
